Arsenal agree personal terms ahead of 24yo's transfer
Arsenal have agreed personal terms with Turkish defender Ferdi Kadioglu ahead of his potential transfer from Fenerbahce.
The Gunners have been in constant talks with the player's representatives and Milliyet report that personal terms have been sorted.
The club will now proceed and negotiate with Fenerbahce for the 24-year-old, who has the ability to operate in several positions.
Kadioglu initially started as an attacking player, but he has transformed into a quality full-back over the past couple of seasons.
He currently operates from the left side of the backline. His playing style has been likened to Joao Cancelo due to him being right-footed.
It is claimed that Arsenal could prise him away from Fenerbahce for around £26m. They face competition from Bayer Leverkusen.
The German champions are also preparing for a busy summer with the prospect of right wing-back Jeremie Frimpong leaving the club.
The Dutchman has a release clause worth £34m and he has been linked with a potential move to Manchester United in recent weeks.
