Newly appointed Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany had signed Amdouni for Burnley , and is known to be considering moves for at least two of his former players, with the Swiss international at the very top of Kompany's transfer wish list.

However, Amdouni will receive an offer of regular first-team football should he move to either Everton or Brighton , and that is why these two clubs are likely to be winning the race for the Switzerland international's signature.
