Man Utd have clear run to sign Dutch striker
Manchester United have a clear run at signing Bologna striker Joshua Zirkzee this summer, according to Corriere dello Sport.
The Red Devils are on the look out for a new centre-forward with Anthony Martial expected to leave at the end of the month.
Zirkzee has been identified as the main target and reports claim that they have the upper hand over AC Milan in the transfer race.
Milan have refused to pay a hefty agent commission to Kia Joorabchian and it is likely that they will stop discussions with him.
United, on the other hand, are willing to hand a good brokerage. Joorabchian is also open to offering a discount on his fees.
Hence, the Red Devils have a good advantage in their favour. If personal terms are agreed, a deal could be straightforward for them.
Zirkzee currently has a release clause worth £34 million in his contract, which should not be a stumbling block for the Red Devils.
