Inter Milan chief breaks silence on Chelsea striker
Inter Milan sporting director Piero Ausilio has ruled out an approach for Chelsea striker Armando Broja in January.
The Nerazzurri were keen on re-signing
Romelu Lukaku from the Blues last summer, but changed their stance after a break in trust.
They went on to sign Alexis Sanchez and Marko Arnautovic instead and Ausilio is clearly happy with the current options.
Speaking to reporters, the Nerazzurri chief said that there is no truth to the speculation linking Broja with a January switch.
He said: "No, I'm sorry, but that is not true, because we are happy with the strikers we have."
"I know Broja and I know that he is recovering from a serious injury and has also scored a goal."
"I hope for him that from Thursday he will be important for the national team. But at Inter there is no chance."
Broja recently made his long injury comeback for the Blues and scored his maiden goal in the 2-0 win over Fulham .
