Arsenal handed big boost in signing French defender
Arsenal have been handed a huge boost in signing French defender Sacha Boey from Galatasaray this month, according to Sabah.
The Gunners are long-term admirers of the 23-year-old and they were first interested in signing him at the start of last year.
The club were once again linked with him in the summer but Galatasaray did not feel the need to sell after balancing their books.
It is now reported that the Turkish champions are more than open to parting ways with Boey and it could happen this month.
The Istanbul giants are ready to accept a fee of €20 million for the right-back, who is also on Paris Saint-Germain's radar.
They are prepared to recall Leo Dubois from his loan stint at Basaksehir if Boey were to leave the club in the next fortnight.
Boey has been on the Gunners' radar for some time but it would be a huge surprise if they pursue his signature this month.
The club don't need another right-back in the squad and their main priority at the moment is the purchase of a new striker.
