Erik ten Hag still keen on signing Dutch striker
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag remains determined to sign Brian Brobbey from Ajax, according to ESPN.
The Dutch tactician tried to land Brobbey after becoming the United head coach in the summer of 2022, but the striker chose to rejoin Ajax.
Brobbey played under Ten Hag at Ajax during the back end of the 2021/22 season on loan. He made a big impression to sign a permanent deal.
The 21-year-old has since been linked with United on many occasions and ESPN claim that Ten Hag wants to lure the striker to Old Trafford.
A move won't happen this winter with the lack of funds, but United could swoop for his services in the summer if Ten Hag stays at the helm.
Brobbey has previously admitted that United are his dream club and he is unlikely to turn down advances from the Premier League giants.
Ajax have not named a price for their prized asset, but they are bound to demand at least €50m to part ways with him during the summer.
