Arsenal eyeing shock move for Milinkovic-Savic
Arsenal are reportedly lining up a shock move for Al-Hilal midfielder Milinkovic-Savic before the transfer deadline.
The Gunners are long-term admirers of the Serbian playmaker and they were linked with his services last summer before his move to Saudi.
Milinkovic-Savic has impressed in the Pro League with 14 goal involvements but he has been linked with a surprise return to Europe.
Juventus are weighing up an approach for him, but it is claimed that Arsenal are also strongly interested in landing his services this winter.
The north London giants are capable of making a better offer on the table than the Bianconeri, but whether they can afford him is the question.
Al-Hilal may demand the €40m fee paid to sign him in the summer of 2023 while Milinkovic-Savic may need to accept a huge wage cut too.
He is currently on £400,000-a-week at the Saudi giants and Arsenal are unlikely to offer him more than 50 per cent of that if he were to join.
