Mauricio Pochettino reacts after Chelsea's defeat vs Wolves
Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has said that his team were not good enough after they were beaten 4-2 by Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League.
The Blues dropped into the bottom half of the league table following a disappointing performance at home. Matheus Cunha starred for Wolves with a hat-trick.
Speaking after the loss, Pochettino said that the team were not good enough and added that he is the first person responsible. He went on to apologise to the fans.
He said: "I think we are all not good enough, that's the reality. Myself also, as the first person responsible."
"Of course, what we showed today was that we are not good enough. I agree, 100 per cent.
"What you can say is to apologise for the fans."
Chelsea are winless in three straight games and they face another huge test on Wednesday against an in-form Aston Villa side in the FA Cup.
Villa beat Sheffield United 5-0 in the Premier League on Saturday and should be favourites to beat the Blues in the fourth round replay.
