Man Utd & Chelsea target open to summer transfer
Manchester United and Chelsea target Jean-Clair Todibo has refused to rule out a summer move away from Nice.
The Frenchman was touted to pursue a big challenge last summer, but there were not any suitable offers on the table.
The interest in him has however increased with his performances this season. He could move on later this year.
United and Chelsea are among his admirers and when pressed on a possible exit, Todibo was quite open saying:
"Football moves quickly, you never know what's going to happen. I'll wait until the summer to make my decision."
"If my decision is to stay, I'll announce it, if it is to leave, I'll announce it too and I'll thank everyone, but we're not there yet."
United are currently on the cusp of a minority takeover from Sir Jim Ratcliffe , who is also the owner of Nice.
This could put them in an advantageous position to land the centre-back, provided the asking price is met.
Nice are looking for around €50m to part ways with the 24-year-old.
