Tottenham ready to revisit interest in Chelsea star
Tottenham Hotspur are prepared to revisit their interest in signing Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher at the end of the campaign.
The north London giants have been long-term admirers of Gallagher and they made an approach for his services at the start of the season.
The £50 million asking price put them off from signing him and the club decided against making a fresh move at the start of 2024.
It is now reported that Spurs continue to monitor the versatile midfielder whose contract with Chelsea expires in June next year.
Gallagher has yet to agree fresh terms with the west London giants and they are currently differences over the wages and contract length.
The midfielder believes he is worth more than what has been offered on the table while he does not want to commit for more than four years.
With the Blues needing funds to balance their books, they could sanction his sale as soon as the campaign concludes to recoup funds.
