Erik ten Hag confirms triple Man Utd injury boost for FA Cup final
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed a triple injury boost ahead of the FA Cup final against Manchester City at the Wembley Stadium.
The Red Devils take on their arch-rivals in the final on Saturday and ahead of the game, they have received good news on the injury front.
Mason Mount returned to team training yesterday and Ten Hag has revealed that the Englishman will be fit to make the matchday squad.
Alongside him, Victor Lindelof and Anthony Martial are also expected to make the trip to London after overcoming their own injuries.
However, there will be no place for Harry Maguire in the squad. The former captain has failed to recover from his setback in time for the final.
United are still in a strong position compared to last month. Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez are fully fit and ready to start in defence.
The Red Devils will go into the final as huge underdogs. It would be a statement if they beat the Cityzens at the Wembley Stadium.
