Erik ten Hag confirms contract extensions for three Man Utd stars
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed that the club have extended the contracts of three first-team players.
The Red Devils currently have several players in the final years of their contracts and they have sorted the futures of three of them.
Victor Lindelof , Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Hannibal Mejbri have had their contracts extended for another 12 months until June 2025.
Meanwhile, Raphael Varane and Anthony Martial have not had their extension clauses triggered and they are currently in talks with the club.
United want the duo to accept significant pay-cuts for renewals and it won't be a surprise if the pair head for the exit door pretty soon.
Both players seem happy to continue at Old Trafford and could away on a free transfers at the end of the ongoing league campaign.
United will be in FA Cup action against Wigan Athletic on Monday night. They will be huge favourites for the third round tie on the road.
