Man Utd identify French wonderkid as priority target
Manchester United have earmarked Lille wonderkid Leny Yoro as a priority target for this summer's transfer window.
The central defender has been brilliant for the Ligue 1 outfit this term. He has caught the eye with his strong distribution, duel winning ability and knack of making clearances.
The 18-year-old has also excelled with his recovery pace and physical presence. As a result, he is already in demand with Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid said to be interested.
AS claim that United have also entered the pursuit of the highly-rated teenager and they could be handed a boost with Lille reluctant to sell to a direct league competitor.
This would see United fighting it out with Madrid for his signature, but the Red Devils could have an advantage as they could guarantee the youngster with regular minutes.
Lille are expected to sanction the sale of the wonderkid with his contract expiring next summer. He could be sold for a fee in the region of €60 million later this year.
