Arsenal set asking price to sell Aaron Ramsdale
Arsenal are prepared to accept a package of around £30 million to part ways with goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale this summer.
The England international lost his starting role to
David Raya in September last year. He made only 11 appearances last season.
As a result, he has been fancied to head for the exit door and reports claim that Arsenal want at least £30m for his departure.
Newcastle United have been heavily linked with his services, but the Magpies are unlikely to make such an outlay on him.
The Magpies are currently looking at Burnley 's James Trafford to provide competition to Nick Pope for the number one role.
Ramsdale has yet to find a concrete suitor, but the Gunners are already looking into a replacement for the 26-year-old.
Feyenoord's Justin Bijlow has emerged as a top target and the Dutchman could be signed for a relatively low fee of £13m.
Bijlow has also been linked with Liverpool and the Gunners may have to be quick in order to secure a transfer agreement.
