Arsenal make decision to sell midfielder for £20m
Arsenal have made the decision to part ways with midfielder Thomas Partey at the end of the campaign.
The Ghana international has picked up several injuries during his Arsenal career and he has been restricted to few appearances this term.
Partey made his first Premier League start since August last year against Chelsea yesterday. He showed his class with a fantastic display.
Despite this, his future at the club is uncertain beyond the summer, considering his current contract expires at the end of next season.
Arsenal have no desire to hand him a new contract amid his injury woes and this is likely to pave the way for his departure this summer.
Football Insider claim that the Gunners will look for at least £20m for the 30-year-old, who is on the radar of Serie A and Saudi Pro League clubs.
Juventus are one of his main admirers and the Turin giants have been fancied to make a proposal to the Gunners when the season ends.
